Most of you probably saw this coming because of the repeated latecomings of new updates: EHS IS DEAD. I couldn't keep up with the update schedule because
I had too much other work, not enough time and no more hilarious jokes to be used for the comic. Making a new comic was no longer fun, it felt too much like work
and I felt like I was not getting anything out of it. So I better stop now when the quality of the comic has not yet decreased too much. 28 (or 27½, really) strips is nearly not enough
for EHS to actually be entitled as a "web comic", this is just a collection of random jokes. I hope you liked them and had fun reading them, though. I'm just no good with
inventing stuff quickly enough. =D See ya, I'm outta here!

OK, the comic is back in business. It might be irregular business for now though, since my book still isn't quite finished. Since time
is a luxury I don't have, this leads to prioritizing and this comic is the one that suffers from it. I'll try to keep up the 2-week updates, but
don't be alarmed if you won't get a new comic in time.

Ok, the update rate has been decided to stay more or less at two week intervals. In
reality it might be more than that, or maybe less, depending on the case. It keeps you
on your toes at all times. BTW, I think this new site layout looks pretty nice (read: it works). It will
propably stay like this until I get an inspiration to make it look a bit better. -AE out.

Here comes the Essential High School, the ultimate web comic about the hilarious
life of high school students! My name is Antti Eronen, the (Finnish) author,
writer and drawer of the comic.
I wish I'll be able to provide you many fun moments with my comic. I haven't yet
decided the update rate, but I was thinking of something like one comic every two weeks.
(The colouring always takes some time in addition to actually planning, drawing and inking
the comic.) We shall see. Also the layout of the web page itself will propably also
require some fine-tuning.
